Describe what the room should look like when the accepted removal is complete. A remodel-ready stopping point is different from a general cleanout. Coordinate with the next contractor so surfaces, fixtures, and material they need are not removed by assumption.

The property contact should decide who opens the site, who can approve a scope question, and how the work area will be separated from residents and pets. In rentals, condominiums, or managed communities, arrange landlord, association, elevator, parking, and loading requirements before the service window.

If a renovation follows, confirm what the next contractor expects to remain. Removal work does not automatically include surface repair, utility capping, cleaning to a trade-ready standard, or correction of concealed damage. Describe the stopping point and allow time for conditions that cannot be seen before removal.

In an occupied home, protect daily access to kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, vehicles, and exits. Move personal property well outside the work path and plan for noise or dust associated with the accepted work. A vacant property still needs an authorized contact, secure access, working gate or lock instructions, and a clear inventory.

Customers should not leave demolition, ownership, or removal decisions for the appointment. If the project belongs to an estate, rental, association-controlled property, or shared household, resolve decision-making authority and clearly separate disputed or undecided items before requesting loading.
