How Pricing Works

Element does not publish invented minimums, hourly rates, truckload prices, or example totals. Two projects that look similar in one photo may differ in density, stairs, dismantling, carrying distance, utilities, or site rules.

A useful comparison requires every provider to price the same scope. State whether material is attached or loose, staged or scattered, and whether loading, demolition, haul-away, or cleanup is requested.

Customers can use the quote form after reviewing what may be accepted and items not accepted as ordinary loads.

Count identifiable items and describe material. Dense concrete, masonry, tile, soil, or wet material cannot be treated like an equal volume of light household contents. Show the entire quantity and identify anything unusually heavy, sharp, fragile, or contaminated.

Gathering from multiple rooms, disassembly, stairs, elevators, long carrying distances, limited parking, gates, and occupied-property protection may change the labor required. Show the loading route as clearly as the pile.

Attached-feature removal may involve layers, fasteners, utilities, structural questions, or a precise stopping point. Hidden conditions and quantities added after quoting should be reviewed before additional work begins.

Send the same photos, dimensions, item list, access facts, and desired result to each provider. Confirm which labor, haul-away, and cleanup are included rather than comparing totals with different assumptions.
