Customers should finish keep/remove decisions, secure valuables and records, clear a safe route, arrange keys and approvals, and disclose stairs, gates, parking, utilities, hazards, and building rules.
Materials and limitations
Hazardous, medical, biohazard, chemical, fuel, wet-paint, pressurized-cylinder, unknown-liquid, and suspect regulated-material requests are not routine hauling. Never conceal questionable material.
