Items and Materials We Cannot Accept
Hazardous, medical, biohazard, chemical, fuel, wet-paint, pressurized-cylinder, unknown-liquid, and suspect regulated-material requests are not ordinary hauling.
About our items we do not take
Never hide questionable contents in bags, boxes, furniture, appliances, or a mixed debris pile. Disclose the exact product, container, condition, and source before requesting service. A general junk or cleanout estimate does not override material restrictions.
Element does not provide disposal instructions for regulated or hazardous material on this page. Customers should use an appropriate local authority, product program, or qualified provider for current handling requirements.
For ordinary disclosed contents, return to what we take or select a specific hauling service.
Material that needs another resource
Routine requests do not include chemicals, fuels, oils, wet paint, solvents, pesticides, medical waste, biohazards, sharps, pressurized cylinders, unknown liquids, or suspect asbestos and other regulated building material. This list is not exhaustive.
Conditions that must be disclosed
Water damage, pests, rotting food, broken glass, sharp fasteners, unstable piles, excessive weight, leaking containers, batteries, refrigerant-bearing equipment, and structurally unsafe access may change whether or how a project can be reviewed.
What to do before requesting ordinary removal
Keep questionable material separate and in its existing safe condition. Do not open, mix, drain, break, or disturb it to make it look acceptable. Identify an appropriate authorized resource and remove it from the ordinary load.
